Imagine a world where everything ever created is in hands reach, it sounds amazing, but it's already here. With the coming of the global computer network, the scarcity that we've suffered from throughout history is no longer a factor. The idea of getting paid for copying 1's and 0's to someone else's HD seems arbitrary. The Birth of the WWW proves how scarcity is the only thing in the world that keeps us working, basic needs like housing, clothing and food, could well be managed and distributed through robots, and everything else, is technology and arts. It is interests and obsessions, the sharing of a random idea which in turn accumulates to something amazing. There is no need for conflict, except the fight over resources, and we've gone beyond that, so all that's left is the stubborn almost religious idea, that we cannot get along, that to the end of days, we'll always have something to fight for, yet, the wiki system, and the bittorrent community have showed us, that that is not true. Millions of people have come together to form Wikipedia, just one of countless websites that demonstrate that if the only ressource we've got to account for is time, people are willing to share, and as we all know, sharing, is caring.
